No, I fucking love it. The one in the picture above is Razer’s version of the old Belkin Nostromo n52 (they bought the company over a decade ago, IIRC). The n52 was my go-to for a long time, but I’ve since left it behind for better devices that came out in subsequent years.
Depends on your use case, but generally no. Having the ability to customize your keybinds even further by using a more ergonomic device over a standard keyboard is amazing.
Again, depends on your use case, but (anecdotally) I legitimately haven’t played a PC game in over a decade without using one.
The best features to watch for are G, 1, and 3, which can only be found in that combination and sequence on the Logitech G13 Seriously though, there are very few options that are worthwhile, IMO, and it pretty well amounts to the Logitech G13 or the Razer Orbweaver. Both reside in my house (@PreshusKitty has an Orbweaver), but I obviously love my G13 and think it offers a more compelling feature set than any of Razer’s offerings.
