Yeah. I missed that. I’ve also been reading that they’re getting like… 1080p 40fps with RTX turned on.
I have read at least two articles this week that state Nvidia is targeting 1080p@60fps with ray-tracing turned on with the 2080Ti. The articles said that for this first series of cards the consumer will need to choose if you want the fancy graphics or higher resolutions.
I’ll still wait for more reviews to be released. But 4k resolution, 100 fps and ray-tracing seems like it would require a lot of power.
I have no issue taking better graphics over higher resolution. It’s normally the better choice. It’s the sub 60fps framerate I couldn’t live with.
