Started doing these exercises before my gaming sessions and I’ve noticed a HUGE increase in speed, reaction timing, accuracy and overall focus in the game. Stopping every hour for 5 minutes to repeat these exercises really helps keep me motivated and able to play for MUCH longer sessions not to mention your hands feel fantastic after them.
