I bought this game hoping to be able to play it with my sister and her boyfriend when they would swing by my place but they didn’t seem to like it at all. I think it’s a very interesting take on a virtual tabletop / assymetrical co-op kind of game, and would love to play it with someone else. Best part is, you don’t even have to own it, although ideally you should in order for us to take turns in defusing the bomb.
If you have no idea of what game it is, I’d suggest not looking at many videos so to not ruin the experience for yourself, but basically the game is played as such: One player has the game open, and needs to defuse a bomb, while the other only has a PDF (found at bombmanual.com) in front of them. The idea is that player A needs to relay what’s in front of him to player B, who in turn will look up how that module is disabled. The game includes a vast array of modules to disable, increasing in difficulty and complexity. I think it’s a really rad game that is 100% compatible with Discord, so if whether you happen to own it or not, as long as you are interested on it I’d be glad to give it a play or two.
The game can be played on VR, but it’s totally not needed, by the way.
